Just bought another fairlady and i want to nkow how to find out what the original color is or was.. it only has the vin number?

the vin is GS 31 010 985

If you can't find a sticker in the engine compartment or on the door/door jam, then do what I did; contact your Nissan dealer with the ORIGINAL engine number and body number. If they're anywhere near even half way efficient, they should get back to you within 24 hours with the paint code. That cuts out any guess work.:devious::devious:

Think that only works in Australia Rick, where they kept records.

Have a look up under the dash, still should be the original paint. Then compare that to the z color project page thing.
