Posted September 14, 200717 yr comment_221608 I have a 1978 280z. I'm currently trying to change from rubber bushings to urethane bushings. I am working on this car trying to learn how to do things on my own. I can't seam to find any how to sites that will answer my questions. I bought the bushing kit from motor sport magazine, but it didn't come with any instructions. So if anybody can offer some kind of guide that would be great for a new enthusiast. September 14, 200717 yr comment_221616 Try and be a little more specific. What bushings do you want to replace, what workshop facilities do you have access to, etc.The project you describe is not difficult, I just need a few more details to help you.Polyurethane bushings are often referred to as "squeakathane" here in Oz, but I personally haven't got any complaints about their performance or noise:devious:It appears that you have inadvertantly posted this topic twice, twice:classic: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/25539-urethane-bushings/#findComment-221616 Share on other sites
