okay i did timing , timing is done adjusted my points..there fine and my car idles like at 850 rpm and when i push the gas my fron carburator pops and throws smoke and it even caught fire ...help me...do i need to get me carbs rebuilt?

It might just be too lean... but I am no expert on the SU.
