NZR - source for CA catalytic converters?

not z related - i've been trying to find an online (or otherwise) source of California legal (OBD II) catalytic converters. It's for my wife's 1998 2WD chevrolet tracker (suzuki sidekick). all of them that i can find are 49-state models :P

anyone have any recommendations (besides the $500 factory one)?

Call Ed Hanson's Mufffler Shop in La Mesa and see what they know, I bet they can get one for less than $500.
