My Choke keeps on moving back up when i drive and the choke light keeps coming on,

so i keep pushing it down, and moves up again in a minute.

is there anyway to prevent this.

without duct taping the sucker down.

Sounds to me that your choke cable is a bit too tight. I'd try adjusting at the carbs, if you have enough length, to let more cable into the sheath. If that doesn't work, maybe reposition your choke cable differently for a shorter shot to the carbs.
