Colorado Springs has a lower cost of living. Now Denver is a different story not as bad has Cali. and hopefully it never will, but with all those darn Cali ppl moving here (just as bad as the darn Texans) things may change.

My boss is getting a Custom home for 245,000 it is a tri level 2.5 car 3bd 2.5b from the pics and options it is really nice. built in 1990.

All those CALI people moving there...Come on.. We will bring the housing market up to double of what it cost now.In the Garlic capital(Gilroy) 3bed houses are around 450 to 500 thousand..Now when I get to the Springs i could get 3 houses for that..But anyway US CALI people are not that bad....:mad:
