260z Washer pump

Featured Replies

For my '74 260 I am looking for a washer pump to replace one that is leaking fluid through the motor.

I had a bad pump and found a generic one at Napa, had to modify holder and wiring. Later, I read in a thread that a pump from a Western Star truck, part # 62912-3401 would work.

As I found out, the Trico #11-601 washer-pump is identical to the Datsun one.

Where do you get those in the U.S.? Maybe they have new wiper motors too?

thx

Got mine at www.rockauto.com, they are new motors. Cost $ 21.79

The motors are listed as parts for Honda cars, but are identical to the Datsun washer motors.

RockAuto is one of my favourite suppliers for 280Z engine & mechanical parts. Better than NAPA in many ways. Too bad nopbody has gotten their windsheild wipers to go faster with a new (Datsun) wiper motor yet...
