would these look good on a 280z?

Featured Replies

I really like the look of these and i know no one in the ATL has these.

Right now my rims stick out too far, and I am also planning on getting some springs and getting a 1" or so drop. What do you guys think. Here are the rims and what they car looks like now,.

New ones are 15x7 with 10mm offset.

old are 15x8 with 0 or negative offset, they stick out far so could even be a neg offset

Personally, I prefer your old ones. They look like Olderthanme's wheels, but since he's in ATL also, I can see why you'd want to change them up. I also like the mesh wheels to the left of those better as well, but that's just my opinion. My car has three spokes, so I know my wheel opinions aren't always in line with the majority...here are some pics of both my primary wheel, and the wheels I'm painting to match the car:

i just want a slightly more modern look to it. Those are racing wheels so they are basic and don't really have any 'style' to them i also have some konig rewinds but everyone has that look

I don't know, i was thinking of using a dark grey/gunmetal metallic.

I am not spending a lot on the paintjob as i only am going to be driving it rarely and it has to be stored outside. Just doing a ton of wet and dry sanding myself and then getting a shop i know to do it cheap

Your car looks a bit like mine!:P Personally I like the style that's on your car now. I'd decide a color on what you're going to paint it, then decide on the wheels.

I like the gold ones next to them. Are they yours? Do they fit the Z? If so would you like to sell them?

The black on on the car are Diamond Racing wheels. I thought about getting a set, but they are soft and kinda heavy. As for the ones in the picture, I don't really think they would go well on a Z.

I like the bumperless look, looks light.

Anything oldschool looks good on a Z.
