Are there any good articles about inspecting and adjusting the valvetrain on an L24? I would like to pop the valve cover and do some inspecting to see how it all looks but was hoping for some guidelines.

Also, if I do end up doing any valvetrain adjustment, what tools should I have on hand? I have most of the basic tools already, but fre specialty tools.
