I'm new to Z car's and dont have a FSM for my 280, just bout it about 3 days ago. Obviously turbo I need help on how exactly i install a blowoff on my 280ZX, what bov i should purchase and which vac nipple do i need too connect it to

I dont think you'll find much help here. The site is aimed at earlyer Zs. Mainly 240z/260z/280z. And there are a couple of members are... lets say... ZX haters:classic:

Then you really wouldnt need one as it has a recirculating type bov from the factory.

Until you start adding more power and boost to the car I wouldnt worry about it yet.

The biggest bang for the buck is a 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust from the turbo back

I don't think it has a BOV from the factory but I think you can hold off on it until you swap out the J-pipe with a intercooler. Then you can plumb the BOV anywhere before the throttle body and tee off any vacuum line on the intake manifold. If you really wanted to, you could figure out a way to mount one on the J-pipe but you have to recirculate it back to the intake or your car will run rich between shifts and will stall.

IE like GReddy, HKS or the like. It is a recirculatory device with vents through your IAC into the 4th intake runner.
