Hey this is another dumb question but here goes.

Ive uploaded pictures in my gallery before. but now i cant evan find the link. the one that says upload photos(or whatever)

can someone steer me in the right direction?

Click on the "Gallery" tab at the top of any page. Then, on next page, at upper right, just below the "Classified" tab you'll see "Upload Photo's".
