How hard is it to do this swap? Has anyone done it? Does anyone have photos of the swap? Thanks.

The bumper swapped can be done and has been done many times. I will try and find some pictures of how it was done. Along time ago someone had a write up on how to do it and what parts were needed , but I am not sure were its located now.
