The guy with the blue t-shirt behind the car is the owner - lucky man! I'm in the middle of making a Nismo Z JGTC Race Car
(http://sportcompactcarweb.com/features/0407scc_spinadd_03_z.jpg)
and I've made a Z-Tune R34 (http://webzoom.freewebs.com/marklavender/Aoshima%20Skyline%20Z-tune.JPG)
Hiya,
This was a genuine Nismo Z - worth about £100,000 apparently! As for the Z-tune R34, there was one there as well, and I spoke to the owner for a good few minutes (much to the dismay of my wife, who know's I love GT-Rs) I'll post that pic now. As for specs - I'll find out, but the Ztune R34 had 500bhp!!
Just to follow up on HS30-H's post, I was at Goodwood on the Saturday, and it was a bit fun this time around ( I've been a couple of times now)
As he said, the Streetfighter class contained the Jag etc... in action below with an F1 burnout
This was taken at the famous Goodwood Festival of Speed, held in the UK. Probably the only place in the world where you can get within a couple feet of an F1 car or a GT40 going at 150-200mph past you!! (Really - I'll post a pic in my gallery) This Nismo Z Tune was part of the "Supercar" paddock. I have a couple more pics but they are a bit out of focus - it was travelling past me at 140mph!
