  1. Welcome... Looks like you found a good one! You will find if you haven't already all kinds of great information here on this sight. The search tab is "where it is at". So start digging down into your pockets....I hope they are deep and start building your dream machine. Jack
  2. Hey Neil... looks like you didn't waste any time since you got back. Not sure what your your plan is for the 70 Z..... but if you need a good 5 speed and A/C for it.... I have both and am getting ready to put them up on ebay and in the forum classifieds. Jack
  3. I recall an "older" friend of mine telling me when he was stationed in Japan in the late 60's he bought one for $800.00 and drove it while he was stationed there. He really enjoyed it and it was pretty novel back then to have a personal vehicle overseas. Mike W's picture at the Mitty really contrasts how the Z influenced Japanese auto styling in a really short period of time.

  5. My solution was to use a pair of new seats that fit the car and felt good and had them reupholstered. I will be using some 1/8" steel strips and the sliders to attach them to new Baddog seat brackets. Pic below. http://www.classiczcars.com/photopost/data/500/medium/PDR_1900.JPG
