The ez accessory conversion is for a 100 mm 4 lug the Z's are 114mm (4.5") that won't work for your application. The Modern Motorsports set up is the way to go. Pricey but worth it... IMO.

I suggest you walk from this one. Spend $2500.00 on one that is running and driveable... you will still have plenty of work left to do. Take it from the voice of experience.

It just so happened I voiced my opinion (there's that word again) that I have held for some time now on this truely original 4x4 Whatever. I have seen where threads have taken some ugly turns and it is counter productive for us all. As long as we have each others back...life in Z land will be good. Man...where do I start since I feel compelled to clear up some apparent mis-conceptions about my earlier comments. First of all... I have no issues with anyone who wants to take their low vin numbered 240 and turn it into a steam powered locomotive. It is theirs and they should be able to do what they want to it. Next... I am not enraged... justifiably or otherwise. Never was. The sole reason I commented can be explained like this: Let's say I am a fine silver and turquoise jewelry maker. I have a store with the jewelry I have made in it. Interested customers are in the store and now you and three of your friends walk into the store and you start making comments among yourselves but loud enough for all to hear how you feel silver is cheap looking and that you prefer the classic look of fine gold etc. . What do you think is going to happen? Well... I can tell you... your opinion influenced those non sales. It is my contention that while some of the discussion is helpful... for the most part it negatively affects those of us(not to mention the person in the subject ad) who have time and money invested in our projects whether it's a bone stock restoration or a resto/mod. It should go without saying but I'll say it anyway...we all want the Z to appreciate in value. The Z community is not huge and when we cavalierly toss our opinions and comments around in these forums it's just like in the jewelry store.

Here's what I ask myself.... Why... on a regular basis do some start threads with other peoples ads for vehicles they're trying to sell for the sole purpose of opening it up to another certain group that proceeds to spend days ridiculing the vehicle, the price, the person and or all the above? I understand and agree with bringing to light certain instances involving scams or scamming individuals. However... most of the time it's just like a group of high schoolers standing around making uncalled for remarks about every girl that walks by. ???:disappoin I guess some think it's fun.:disappoin

I like it. It is a fun exercise in creativity. Craftsmanship looks good. I hope he gets 17K++ for it.
