    NSN manufactured fasteners for Nissan as well as fasteners used by Kawasaki and Toyota. The recessed hex head bolts with the "4" or "7" designation can be found on various vehicles and industrial equipment.

    I have not established an inroad to acquire fasteners directly from NSN or found distributors/retailers selling NSN products.
    I have not determined when NSN began to offer the tapered bolt, modernly used by manufactures to assist in the assembly process.
