For the past 3 years, I've been restoring a 1973 240z. I have tried to do some work myself while looping in a local mechanic (really a genius) for stuff beyond my skill set (including rebuilding the entire carburetor setup, the exhaust manifold, and introducing a cold air intake). It's getting to the point that the Z is my favorite ride and I've loved the restore experience.
