You can get a title on the car, you just have to go to the revanue office, get a form to fill out and mail it to the Dmv. They will send a policeman to verify everything and run a check on the car. After that their is a 30 day wait, then they mail you your new title

Oh never mind i know whereyou are from.... If your looking for a V8 swap i have a 71 Z that would be perfect. It needs floors and querter panels....I hate to see a complete car get taken apart to waste on a V8.
