  1. Hey Carl i'm not an expert and in fact the total opposite so therefore im not sure what bodykit! would u like me to get some pictures of the ones ive seen? they are pretty plush z's and i dont think i can expect to make mine that good with only 10k. I think all the pics ive seen would be somewhere within the club's gallery. Cheers Tom
  2. thanx all, Firstly I have a good year to search for the perfect 240z but would it actually be reasonable to be able to attach a bodykit or are they too expensive/rare. Ummm thats all for now Cheers, Tom

  5. great buy , im in Melbourne and looking for a similar car. Preference would be a 1972 240z but i dont know much about them. If anyone could answer, if I was to come across one, would it be possible to find a body kit to put on it? Cheers Tom PS: Does anyone know how much a bodykit would be worth if it could be found?
  6. Griffon your z is the apple of my eye. But seriously its an unbelievable car and I would be very happy if you could email me at thesearch_10@hotmail.com to give me some tips on buying a 240z. Unfortunately I live in Australia otherwise you would have a buyer but with the values of pure enjoyment riding and about AUS $9000 to spend would I be able to get one comparable to yours?? Cheers Tom
  7. Hi all, I am in a similar predicament to Reegan and I can only seem to find 1972 240z's in the US, I am sure there are more of us Aussie's in the club and as a new member from Melbourne I would be gracious if some of them could drop me a note for hints on finding one. Thanks very much Tom
  8. Hi all, I am interested in either a 240z or 260z for Melbourne, Australia. If anyone knows of any could they please reply, Cheers. Tom
  9. Sorry I forgot to add that there is no investment interests and pure enjoyment is my driving force in this area, Tom:classic:
  10. thanks all very much, In a fairly general reply I will have around $10,000 AUS to spend and I am located in Melbourne, Australia. I am aware that the three of you are from North America which is not exactly around the corner. Though I am much obliged that you replied with valuable information for when inspecting a possible buy. With this further information, is it worth pursuing as would I be able to get a decent 240 or 260z (preferably 240z) for around 10k AUS?? I believe the exchange rate is currently around $0.60 to $1 US. Cheers once again Tom:classic:
