    I thought it may be the Fast Idle Control Device, but I still have no idea what it should connect to.

    Recently purchased my first Zcar, 1982 280zx 2+2 nonturbo While putting the engine back together ran into this part and not sure what it is. Can anyone identify it please? Also does anyone know what it connects to? Thank you very much for the help. Eric
