Z Kid

THis is the Dash all unwrapped. I got lucky (the gauges fit) but apparently there are some dash rebuilding places which just add another layer on top, meaning that you need to do some serious work to make the guages fit.

As i bought it for 300 (didn't even unwrap it till i got home)

It was getting to dark to continue, so i gave up after this pic, there were some awesome Z's and some pretty shifty Z's but it looked like it would have been a fun event

SU carbs (english) 1 1/2 inch. Are they any good?

Vacuum gauge on LHS of panel, is that a 260 think or just because of the way that the clocks corroded electrolitically and didn't work?

I think i may use the centre from that steering wheel, as its not cracked inside like mine, but i don't know what model Z its off of, because i thought 260's had the datsun in the centre not the Z, correct me if i'm wrong, THe door panels are in pretty good nick too.

Side on, most damage restricted to LHS and bonnet, i'll probably chuck those wheels and those mirrors on my 240 for the time being. Anyone wanna buy any 2+2 bits

Showing the damage, the low brow i got it off had the brake warning light on for a few days, then all of a sudden, they ran out of fluid and he ran out of the ability to stop
