This is a little late. I hope you found a good solution. If not, you can check my gallery for a photo of my cable linkage setup. I installed the triple setup in April 2006 and converted to cable about 3 weeks ago. So far... so good.

Converted to cable linkage. The TWM intake only has two posts for the linkage rod. This created some areas of FLEX in the rod and out of sync throttle. -
