Hey I was curious if any body knows what a acid bath is. I heard of it online. I am not sure if that is the name though. I heard that you can wash the inside of rusty takes with an acid to get the rust out. Does any body know what I am talking about and how to do it?

They drop your item in a bath of acid which dissolves any rust, they then remove it allow it to dry and apply a zinc phosphate to stop any surface rust before you paint it

you can get individual parts acid dipped or the whole car, you will need to completely strip the item you intend to acid dip unless you don't want those parts anymore.
