OEM Red Vinyl kit for 1972 240z

I need to replace all the red vinyl headliner, transmission tunnel and rest of the interior inside my 1972 240z once the painting is finished. The shop already replaced both floors, cleaned all the metal under and over, sprayed a layer of POR-15, Lizard Skin on top and car paint. Its now ready for the interior. Will this kit suffice:

Or should i buy some additional parts. I am still thinking on using the old jute material or not.
