The whole point is this owner needs to go to advertising school. Whether the story is true or made up is irrelevant. I know from selling on Ebay week in and week out that the product presentation is vital to a make a sale and this story he uses just drives people away.

I agree with you from a sellers point of view but if the story they have given is the Gods honest truth then I applaud them for their honesty.
