is there a direct bolt in kit for late s30 that is decent and not $10,000(arizonaZ)?

The only "complete" kit I know of other than Arizona Z.

HybridZ might have more information on coil over suspension systems. For the most part, the kits you will get require welding on the threaded sleeve.

Also I believe that the guy who owns that shop I posted a link to is a member here, and he might chime in with more info.
