The 1978 280z windows are attached to the window regulator by 4 machine screws. Does anyone know the thread pitch and length of the screws?

i assume you mean the screws that hold the glass to the crank system. I was missing one screw and used a stainless 10/32nd 1" bolt and nut to attach it with a rubber and metal washer on both sides and it holds great

Thanks for the info. I went to ACE and got 8 5 mm .080 pitch in stainless. they will work great.
