Advice please, License Plate lamp and cam cover splash shield

Where to buy a new License plate lamp for a late 260/280?

Anyone ever removed the internal splash shield in the cam cover to clear the gunge out fully? How would you reseal the screws so they don't come out, dab of epoxy resin to seal them in?
