wheel fitment ?

i've read through all the guides and played with all the calculators, but wheel fitment just confuses me...

73 240z with spring/strut combo. i know most people run 8 inches wide with 0 offset. would 15 x 8.5 inches wide, -6 offset on all 4 corners fit? i'd have rubbing/fitment issues right?
