Wheel fitment for my 240Z

I've been looking for some 16", zero-offset wheels for the Z... Ran across a deal I can't quite pass up on the following: SSR Professors, 17x8.5, +35 offset.

Has anyone fitted a set of these to their Z? Understanding I'll likely need spacers, am I wasting my time regardless?
