Congrats! Looks like you're gonna need to source some choke cables to get that thing started. They appear to be missing. Definitely make sure the brakes are in order before you get too excited and take that thing out for a spin.

I bought mine for 1000, from this wrecking yard in San Pedro... It was going to be made into a cube... I just couldn't see a work of art like this get destroyed. Sometimes I regret buying it but I am really happy that I did buy the car. I am sure you will feel the same way, DON'T GIVE UP! Ours will be as beautiful as the other ones outhere.
