Annual BBQ & Z Car Show

The time is coming for our Annual BBQ & Z Car Show. I wanted to let everyone know so you can set the date aside. It will be Saturday February 17th

Place: John Prince Park in Lake Worth at the Smythe Pavillion (same as last year)

Time: 11 am to ................

Below is a map of the where the park is and where the pavilion is located within the park, if you were there last year you will remember.

Directions from I95

Take the Lantana Rd Exit

Go East to Congress Ave

Turn right

Park Entrance will be on the right

Turn in and follow this road as it goes to the back of the park and Smythe Pavilion will be on the left up on a hill

Directions from Turnpike

Take the Lake Worth Rd Exit

Go East to Congress Ave

Turn right

Park Entrance will be on the left just south of Melaleuca/6th Ave

Turn in and follow this road as it goes to the back of the park and Smythe Pavilion will be on the left up on a hill

1 WEEK TO GO

Hope to Z ya there, here is a summary of the event:

It will be at the Smythe Pavillion Saturday February 17th, 2007 and time will be 11am.

Schedule:

Start att 11 am

Registration for Show ends 12:30 pm

Lunch 12:30-2:00 pm

Ballots must be in by 2:30pm

Show results and raffles 3:30pm

You can download the registration from this link http://www.sfzcc.com/Events/2007/BBQ/SFZCC07registration.doc in order to help us keep things organized and have things ready please preregister.

You can pay using paypal or mailing a check along with the registration, if you prefer to pay at the event please still email or mail the registration in beforehand.

Cost for Club Members:

if paid by Feb 15: $ 20.00 per car (includes event entry, food & 2 raffle tickets)

$ 10.00 per guest (includes food)

if paid after Feb 15: $ 25.00 per car (includes event entry, food & 2 raffle tickets)

$ 10.00 per guest (includes food)

Cost for non-Club Members:

if paid by Feb 15: $ 25.00 per car (includes event entry, food & 2 raffle tickets)

$ 12.00 per guest (includes food)

if paid after Feb 15: $ 30.00 per car (includes event entry, food & 2 raffle tickets)

$ 12.00 per guest (includes food)

Additional raffle tickets 2.00 each

Caravan Info

Miami:

Location: Tropical Park (parking lot facing Bird Rd. next to the Hess station)

Time: 8:45am, leave at 9:30am to meet with Broward Caravan.

Broward:

Location: Turnpike Pompano Plaza, just north of Commercial Blvd on the northbound side

Time: 9:30am, leave at 10:15am together with Miami Caravan.

A couple of days to go, get your registrations in to gusm@sfzcc.com as mentioned if you prefer to pay at the event that is fine just get me the info so we can have a headcount and have things ready.
