April 8, 200619 yr comment_162772 There should be a flip open box above the AFM mounted on the side wall , that has two terminals with nuts on them and a green and red wire. Hope this helps Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/19546-77-z-engine-probs/#findComment-162772 Share on other sites

April 9, 200619 yr comment_162893 Are you using the 77 distributor or the 78? how many pickup coils are in the 77 compared to the 78 distributor or I should say how many wires? April 10, 200619 yr Author comment_162929 I am using the one out of a 78. It has a box on it with two connections. I had a 78 in there before but not sure about the set up. I had it in there in 98 I think. I just hope everything is hooked up right. It seems like there are more things to plug in on this one then on the 77 eng. I want to get it running before I go to Germany. I think I will just not sure of the wire's that go to the Distro. The bad thing is I am like 180 miles from the car so I cant work on it as much as I would like to. I have a picture of the eng bay but I didnt have the distro in when I took it.
