I need some help!!!! the fuel pump of my 280ZX was loosing pressure so i took it off, and replaced it with an homologated one, because i couldn't fine the original. The one that i found is the pump that works in the german cars like old BMWs and Mercedes, and it has a pressure of 95 psi, what i want to know is, is that pressure the right one for my injection system or maybe is it too much or too less??? can somebody help me??? does anybody know what is the right pressure???

the car is running fine but sometimes it smells like gas!!!

95 is WAY too high. According to the FSM that pressure should be 36.3 psi.
