I upgraded my '73 240Z's non-retractable shoulder belts to a set of retractable shoulder belts from a 260Z. I just wanted to let anyone know that is thinking of getting retractable shoulder belts, that this is a good solution. I got the initial information about this conversion from this link: http://www.automedic.org/smzcc/tech_tips.htm#seatbelts
