Hi guys,

something thats starting to bug me, I have a reconditioned 5 speed close ratio gearbox, as soon as I get to about 2500rpm a high pitch whine starts up. If I back off and the revs drop below 2500 no more whine , rev back up and the whine returns.

If I hold the gearstick the whine changes pitch so Im thinking vibration? But why and how to get rid of it?
