Wanted: 240z w/o engine tranny

I was wondering if any of you guys have a Datsun 240z out there in good condition that's not running or has had the motor and tranny taken out. Im looking for cars with littie to no rust and a straight body. No rust on the frame rails and battery area in the engine bay is crucial.
