Undercoating, Ziebart, or nothing?

I have a 240z that was stripped and rebuilt (rust free) on the west coast. Now I have it, in Virginia where Z's rust.

I have thought about spraying it with off the shelf undercoating, or having a professional ziebart job, but most people tell me I dont need to.

What are your opinions? And why?
