has anyone done the MSA power windows conversion (internal), for the 240z? I am interested in doing this when i get my next Z, however there are a few questions in my mind...

1) how difficult is the installation?

2) where is the switch wired to?

3) are they efficient? (moving speed)

4) disadvantages?
