proper vacume line setup for dual webber dgvs

first, i now know that the metal pipe comming off the block is a ventilation pipe so i installed a vavlve cover breather at the end of it.

second, the pcv valve that is mounted to the vacume rail on top of the intake im not to sure about. i installed a t and ran the lines from the pcv to the air filter assemblies

third, crankcase ventilation, was planning on installing similar brether as ussed on block ventilation

does this all sound like a proper way to set this thing up?
