Tōge (峠, also spelt touge) is a Japanese word literally meaning "pass". It refers to a mountain pass or any of the narrow, winding roads that can be found in and around the mountains of Japan and other geographically similar areas, like the legendary Nordschleife in Germany.

New Mexico is a spectacular landscape, and what better way to experience it than to drive a Touge. Welcome to the Inaugrial 2016 New Mexico Touge. The event will consist of the following:

o Meet and greet at the Unser Racing Museum. Breakfast will be served, followed by access to the Museum, a short safety tech session for all cars and details about the event
o Then there will be a hard pounding 250 mile Touge with 5 stops and a final destination to be announced with the in Car Touge packet. The course will remain confidential, with each leg available at each check point along the way. Stay seated - its a 250 mile drive.
o In car lunch, or small 30 minute mid run break for a bite will be organized and communicated at time of event. This will be additional cost to participants.
o Two mountains will be involved, and a fun day of seeing the state. The day will end up for a tell-all session and final day prizes and auction items.
o Included will be T Shirts, Breakfast and Museum entrance, and other Touge related gifts.

More details to come as plans are set and finalized. Please check back often to see what new events are planned. Looking to create a Friday social time for in town or arriving out of town guests.

Tickets Range from 35-55 dollars. All un-used proceeds will be donated to New Mexico Childrens Hospital.
