    As far as I can determine, it is a non-US spec FS5C71B transmission of unknown origin. Several Z car pages bear this out through case design and gear ratios. Interestingly enough, Zhome.com says that the two piece case came out in 72, yet my 71 Skyline had a two piece 4 speed tranny as shown in the pics.
