  1. Small updates, trying life with the custom intake, a new 90A alternator and a custom accelerator cable. She's almost ready to run, had some varnish in the fuel tank that needed scrubbing. Not running an oil cooler just yet.
  2. If you got to have a '70! Thaarr she be! Bring your 'loot' with you! https://sandiego.craigslist.org/ssd/cto/d/1970-datsun-240z/6254377414.html
  3. Not a lot to report, some inter cooler piping, LS coil packs, etc. Definitely planning on stripping the red (Corvette) paint and taking it back to its original sky blue. But it will be awhile before that happens.
  4. Thread probably belongs on Hybridz at this point, but anyway, the intake is on with 550 RC injectors.
  5. Not affiliated with the seller. Just thought this would be a prime candidate if anyone was looking. http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/cto/5892210719.html Thanks,
  6. Test fit of the Holset. Also bought a Jegs wastegate for it. Anodized oil cap wont be a keeper (in case anyone was wondering), just one I had lying around.
  7. Reco'd valve cover installed. Haven't driven much lately.
  8. Ordered a an ATI pulley. In other news, the valve cover came back from 'the guy at work'. #beautiful.
  9. Small update. Red on red! Coming along slowly.

  12. Thanks Rossiz, I decided to change directions with the build and drop in my 240's L28ET setup. There's the bottom end installed, head is getting some new seals.
  13. Its alive! Headers are warped, but coming along slowly.....
  14. Decided to take the car back to an N/A configuration. Borrowed the parts from my 260Z build. Nothing wrong with the L28ET, just thought I would take the car back to its roots so to speak (thanks Motorman7)!
  15. Right wheel, wrong color, will do for the interim!
  16. Thanks Rossiz, More parts for the engine, coming along slowly (:
  17. Creeping back into L land.....
  18. Thanks Stealth, glad I was able to motivate at least 1 person. Happy to say she made it in to work today! First time's a charm (:
  19. Thanks fellas, will see how it goes once its up and running.
  20. Getting a little thin on the ground these days.
  21. Cheers, Brakes are working now (stock setup), new MSA solid diff mount went in today also. Valve cover just used for install, it will be an NA motor (:
  22. R200 in with new bushings, new MSA spindle pins, bearings, etc. Glad the floors are in good shape.
  23. Been awhile, almost ready.
  24. Thanks Euro, Yes, sanding process is exhausting, and worse, the more you look, the worse it gets! Hoping to have the Koeing's painted black at some point. Theres how it sounds going down the road.
  25. New 16' wheels (: Body work in work. Going to start removing trim, bumpers, etc to keep sanding back. The roof and doglegs are the worst areas. But still enjoy driving on the weekends regardless of how the paint looks.
