  1. Thanks for all the info it really helps i've talked to Eddie and he helped me out a lot too! i got another ignition from a 240z drilled it off the column and replaced mine with it. going to get it all hooked back up today and try to figure this wiring out!
  2. The whole key part, but the problem is that the it looks like they tried to hot wire it so I probably will end up getting that part of the harness too. I've got a lot to learn with this thing but hopefully should have it running in a few weeks
  3. Hey just bought a 1977 280z. I know absolutly nothing about these cars. Any advice would be helpfull. I live in the hiram/powdersprings area. If anyone is in the area and wants to help me out lmk. I cant wait to get it running. Right now I need to replace the ignition. The previous owners lost the key so cut some wires and now I get to try and make sense of it. I've also been told since the car has sat since 2001 than the gas tank will need to be replaced, or cleaned. Anyone have any pionters on where I can buy a ignition and clean gas tank?
