yes i have i did a full tune up set the timing everything. and i just dont know what else to do?

The guy said that did the smog said that it was running to rich.

Hi everyone i need help with my 76 280z im haveing trouble smogging it and no one where i live knows about them so if someone could just let me know if they know what i could check or look for it would be greatly appreciated thanks
