Ok, that makes sense. I'd read that the Fairlady was the Japanese version of the 240, and thought that this "Fairlady" didn't look anything like a 240, but more like a roadster. Guess I just didn't put 2 and 2 together yet.
It's just...I've been having a hard time finding any car worth restoring here. I guess I just saw this one and kinda jumped at the chance. I'm going to look at it this weekend. So the main thing is rust on the frame/damage to the frame?
I guess if it looks bad I can keep looking. I'm just really impatient right now, and really want something to work on. Where else would be good to look for a (preferably drivable) project?
I appreciate all the responses.
Hey, I was just looking to pick up this car, and wanted somebody a little more qualified to take a glace, see if anything glaring caught their eye.

Much obliged.
Hey, I'm Andrew, from Oklahoma City.
I was just looking at an old 67 Fairlady Z, probably going to buy it this weekend. I've never done a restoration, so I figured I'd have some Z fanatics take a gander at it, and see if anything glaring caught their eye. Also, I can't wait to fix it up, and show it off one day.
