UGh more vacuum issues

1976 280z, 77-78 engine EGR removed, no AC or heater

This vacuum line was missing on my engine, it now has the red tube on it.

Where is this supposed to go? i can't find it in the FSM or haynes manual. its located ontop of the intake manifold, the picture below shows where its general location is.. i think its a vacuum valve? that its attached to.

There's a diagram of the EGR's vacuum tube routing in the '78 FSM, Fig. EC-14 on p. EC-10. The Black vacuum tube runs to a vacuum port on the throttle body. The red vacuum tube runs to a vacuum delay valve (California only) and then to the BPT valve, which is the big, round doodad on the intake manifold just forward of the EGR valve.
