Posted November 17, 200915 yr comment_300556 Remember those blue translucent NGK spark plug wires harnesses sold in the late 70's through mid 1980's?While web browsing I may have found a source for bulk wire. Comes in clear, translucent red and blue. Attached is a spec sheet.Two problems:1 - I don't know if the resistance is too high / low, and -2- The mfg datasheet indicates it's sold in 1000 meter rolls. I haven't tried contacting them, but perhaps with some sweet talking they might be willing to sell it in 25 or 100 meter lengths. Alternately, I found a source for the "clear" wire stock sold in 25 foot lengths. I'm thinking it may be possible to dye it blue to recreate the old NGK wires.
