240z door panels

The vinal on my doors are in very good condition, but the pressed cardboard backing is very poor, is there a vender that reproduces them?

If not has anyone tried to use them as a mold with plenty of release agent and a couple of layers of glass, seams as tho it would work, but thaught id cheack here first
