Ebay scammer
The historical problem with UR-Gellis is not that he has good parts-frequently he does, the problem is that he is not consistant with his business practices. Sometomes he misrepresents part condition or fitment. He has enough experience to know the difference between NOS, and non-nos parts. He knows enough to know what came standard on a specific year model S30 and what didn't. He knows what he would put on his own show car and what he wouldn't; and he knows how to tell the truth. The problem is occasionally he forgets some and/or all of that knowledge. I had an issue with an ebay purchase from him that was frought with questionable circumstance and minimal contact from him. When I am allowed to "buy it now", I expect for it to come to me, not evidently be re-listed almost immediately and sold at a higher "buy it now" price after being told there was a shipping delay followed a week later by an email stating the part had been broken in the packing process-here is the thread: http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16183&highlight=bad+ebay+sellers The pertinant part starts with post #6, Draw your own conclusions... When I have made a mistake on one of my auctions, I stepped up, took complete responsibility, and made the situation right for the buyer-even when it was painful to do-I wrote the ad and I am a man of my word. If an ebay auction is legally binding for the buyer, it is also legally binding for the seller.

New Headlights - Best Options?
The main advantages to the H4s is they are brighter now, and can be easily (though it is expensive) upgraded to single element HID at a later date. As SteveJ pointed out, the harness upgrade is quite enlightening-if your current bulbs are still working, you might wait and see how much of an improvement Daves hanywork will make with what you have... Anyone ever heard of doing this!
I have not heard of that one, what I have been told was to use distilled wares and white vinegar-if it can clean the boiler scale out of a Mr. Coffee, it should get the scale out of the cooling system-assuming there isn't a problem with the metals and the chemestry. Will

Ebay scammer
One note, USPS Priority mail is handled by Fedex(the USPS is their largest customer) from origin to destination post office, and many DHL deliveries are handled by the USPS once the package is in the destination city. In the past, I have used the local customs office to find out what was required to ship to Italy, Australia and to Japan, in all three instances the deliveries were successful. Will

I have used them for years, lighter weight, lower current draw, faster starting, what's not to love. Will

Ebay scammer
One point in Bluefailladyzs' post was that he too was taken by lie in a description of a "brand new and perfect" dash by URGELLIS. Again, URGELLIS proves his choice of dishonesty. Will

Nissan concept
I bet the guy with the urge drove a fiat x19 and thought it would look better fat and with a place to keep your right hand held up with no effort(T-roof). Urge rates right up there with Black Dragon for Bone-Headed names. I am with KDMatt, this is what an automobile named "Urge" looks like: Will And now if you will excuse me, I just got the urge...

78 280Z emissions nightmare.... (HELP!!!)
Grouping all of our membership with the potentially few who MAY have read your post and MAY have known the answer really speaks of your judgement. I didn't see your first post, and may not have known the answer if I had. I don't know how you treat the people you invite in your garage, but if I get a dumb look from a buddy when I ask him a question, I won't be angrily telling him he is a tail pipe sucking moron when I didn't know the answer either! Interested in the Pinks Z: Want the motor? Details within...
Ah, what gets worked out in the minutes before possably loosing your car... "Can we agree to swap cars back no matter who wins or looses?" "I will if you will." "Just remember we can't do it while the cameras are rolling, or infront of these guys..." Really, who cares if there is a $26 chance for a running hiperformance turbocharged engine, I'm in! Will

No Z
Welcome, your past is you past, and grasshopper, it is obvious enlightenment is approaching from your realization that Z chi is far more powerful and at longer maintenance intervals than its british counterpart. I think you will find a Z to be a car that you can work on when ever you want to, but very seldom do you have to-because of your Brittish automotive experience, you may not believe this, but with a Z there is no need to tune it up everytime you take one for a spin, and at every other traffic light! Seriously, you are in for a treat in every respect! WIll

Boy howdy do I have the goods for you! Here they are: http://www.classiczcars.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=10657&cat=500&ppuser=4106 They can be had cheep because they are complete crap !, but shipping and handling will be obscene because I charge a $150 fee to overnight the title information to your state, to cover the cost of copies, notarizing, eating out, having my car detailed, and to get Bill RamZey a new pimp cap! I would switch to the later 280Z strut spacers or something similar to get your ride height back up! Will

MSA rebuilt head - any experiences?
More misinformation and misrepresentation from "UR-Gellis" that shows ur-gellis thinks that everybody but him should go by the handle "UR-Stupid". http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/DATSUN-240Z-Z-260-280Z-STOCK-OEM-NEW-CHROME-VALVE-COVER_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ6763QQitemZ8068289358QQrdZ1 Seems he thinks all of these aftermarket and modified parts are NOS and OEM! This guy actually knows better, and is only out to sell his parts-regardless of any misrepresentation, misinformation, or bold faced lieing he must do. I would avoid his auctions no matter what they were for, because you cannot trust him to be honest in his descriptions(the proof is above, and typed by his own hand) He is such a dishonest person, he will probably modify the auction blurb, so here are several titles cut and pasted: DATSUN 710 510 620 NOS NEW OEM 240Z Z BILLET OIL CAP Item number: 8068285593 None of the cars listed ever had a billet aluminum oilcap from nissan(or datsun) DATSUN 240Z Z 260 280Z STOCK OEM NEW CHROME VALVE COVER While the valve cover may have been a NOS version before it was polished and plated(very, very, doubtful), once it was modified in any way it was no longer STOCK OEM or NEW-There was never a polished let alone chrome plated NOS stock version available from Nissan (or Datsun). It is difficult enough to find high quality used and NOS parts with out someone who actually knows the difference lieing in his ads. He is hoping for a lazy newby like the one that paid $1200 plus for a pair of Maxima brake adaptors that are still available from any nissan dealer! While it is not the responsability of a seller to reveal his parts sources, it is the responsability of a seller to give an honest description using the best of his knowledge, and this seller (UR-GELLIS) knows these parts are in some cases NOT NOS, OEM or Stock. Wiper arm rebuild
I think you are after a Wiper mechanism rebuild, not an arm rebuild. There are several threads that come up under that search. Here is one. http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4847&highlight=wiper+mechanism Will
